Quotes
All written quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. To confirm acceptance of our quotation, a non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure the date and booking.
Deposits & Bookings
Upon your acknowledgment to proceed with your booking, Booh Babe requires a 50% non-refundable deposit of your total invoice to be paid. This secures our services, your date and time, and avoids any other interested parties from booking the same date. Booh Babe reserves the right to offer the chosen date to other interested parties if a deposit is not made. We currently only accept Bank EFT. Please ensure your invoice number and name are used as a reference and a copy of the remittance is forwarded to our email address, boohbabe@yahoo.com.
On the day please arrive on time for your event. We are unable to wait for an extended period of time. If no notice is given we reserve the right to forfeit your event and pack it away.
Cancellation Policy
Please note WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. If you choose to cancel your booking (within 24 hours) all deposits paid will be forfeited. We do not refund due to lost business however Booh Babe will offer a rescheduling or credit for future use and will work with you to find an alternative suitable date (valid for 12 months from the original invoice date) and subject to availability. Please note if your number of guests drops after your booking has been finalised our no refund policy applies. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.
Weather backup Plan
Due to the nature of our business being mainly outdoors, it’s always possible that we will have some unpredictable weather, usually rain or strong winds. We often will know by the weather forecast a few days prior. If this occurs and it’s too wet or windy to set up safely outdoors then you must have an alternative backup plan or be willing to reschedule.
Use of Equipment
The customer is responsible for the security of all items provided for hire. Please do not leave equipment unattended. Only the specified number of people are to use our equipment, any extra persons attending a picnic or event must be paid for in accordance with our fees. We ask that you leave your set up in a respectfully clean manner. All rubbish must be cleared and placed in the bin provided. Cushions. throws, tablecloths and napkins must not be left on sand or near water.
DOGS - If you bring your fur baby along please let us know. Due to health reasons, dogs must be kept off all equipment including rugs and throws. Also please pick up after your dog within the area.
If there is any excess cleaning required it will be at Booh Babe’s discretion and an extra charge to the client will apply.
Property/Items
We ask that all our property is respected and taken care of during your event. If at pack up there are any missing, damaged, stained, or broken items the client is responsible for any costs incurred to replace or repair. This also includes any fabrics or items excessively stained or soiled. Please ensure that all tableware including cups, glasses, and cutlery are not placed in the sand or soil.
Food Safety
Booh Babe does not take any responsibility for 3rd party suppliers.
Payments
Bookings must be paid in full 7 days prior to the picnic or reveal. In failing to do so, Booh Babe has the right to offer that time and set up to other interested parties.
